Welcome to From Rogue To Riches.

These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit this website, purchase a course, enrol in a program, access course materials, attend coaching sessions, join any related community, download resources, or use any service provided by Mark Anthony through From Rogue To Riches.

By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase the course.

1. About From Rogue To Riches

From Rogue To Riches is a personal development, mindset, coaching, education, and transformation-based course created by Mark Anthony.

The course may include online lessons, videos, worksheets, written materials, exercises, live calls, group coaching, audio recordings, community access, email support, challenges, or other resources designed to help participants improve their mindset, habits, confidence, discipline, personal direction, emotional resilience, and life outcomes.

The course is educational and personal development in nature. It is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, financial advice, legal advice, or professional counselling.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in From Rogue To Riches unless written consent is provided by a parent or legal guardian and accepted by us.

By purchasing the course, you confirm that:

  1. the information you provide is accurate and complete;
  2. you are legally able to enter into this agreement;
  3. you are purchasing for your own personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing; and
  4. you will not misuse, copy, resell, or distribute the course materials.

3. Course Access

After successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials through the website, email, course platform, membership portal, private group, or another delivery method nominated by us.

Access may be provided instantly or within a reasonable time after purchase, depending on the payment method, platform, enrolment process, or launch date.

We may update, improve, add to, remove, or modify course content at any time to improve the course experience.

Unless expressly stated at the time of purchase, course access is for personal use only and does not give you ownership of the course materials.

4. Account Details and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

You must not share your username, password, course login, private links, download links, or membership access with anyone else.

If we reasonably believe your account is being shared, misused, copied, resold, or accessed by unauthorised users, we may suspend or terminate your access.

You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Payments

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made using the payment methods made available on the website or checkout page.

You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, transaction fees, payment plan instalments, or other clearly disclosed charges.

We may use third-party payment processors to process payments securely. We do not store your full credit card details on our own systems unless otherwise disclosed.

6. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to pay each instalment on the due date.

A payment plan is not a subscription that can be cancelled simply because you stop using the course. It is a commitment to pay the full course fee over time, unless otherwise agreed in writing or unless you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

If a payment fails, we may contact you to update your payment details. If payment remains overdue, we may suspend access to the course until the account is brought up to date.

We reserve the right to recover overdue amounts, including reasonable recovery costs, where permitted by law.

7. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded, restricted, or modified by these Terms & Conditions.

If the course has a major problem, is not delivered as described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee that applies under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

We do not provide refunds simply because:

  1. you changed your mind;
  2. you decided the course was not for you after purchase;
  3. you did not complete the course;
  4. you did not participate fully;
  5. you did not implement the course content;
  6. you expected a different result without doing the work;
  7. your personal circumstances changed; or
  8. you found another course, coach, or program you prefer.

However, this does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe there is a genuine issue with the course, please contact us at roguetoriches@gmail.com with your name, purchase details, and a clear explanation of the issue. We will assess your request fairly and respond within a reasonable time.

8. Money-Back Guarantees

If a specific money-back guarantee is offered on the sales page or checkout page, the exact conditions of that guarantee will apply.

To claim under any advertised guarantee, you may be required to show that you genuinely participated in the course, completed the relevant tasks, watched the lessons, submitted worksheets, attended sessions where applicable, and made a reasonable effort to implement the material.

Any guarantee offered is in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If no specific guarantee is advertised at the time of purchase, no change-of-mind refund or results-based guarantee applies.

9. No Guaranteed Results

From Rogue To Riches is designed to provide education, coaching, tools, insights, structure, and personal development guidance.

However, your results depend on many factors, including your personal circumstances, choices, effort, consistency, honesty, emotional readiness, mindset, actions, environment, support systems, and willingness to apply the course content.

We do not guarantee that you will make money, build a business, change your life, improve your relationships, overcome personal challenges, achieve a specific transformation, or produce any particular outcome.

Testimonials, case studies, examples, and personal stories are provided for illustration only. They are not guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.

10. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that personal growth requires personal responsibility.

You are responsible for your decisions, actions, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, finances, relationships, career choices, business decisions, and life outcomes.

You agree not to hold Mark Anthony, From Rogue To Riches, its team, contractors, partners, or affiliates responsible for decisions you make or actions you take as a result of participating in the course.

You should use your own judgement and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

11. Health, Mental Health, and Crisis Disclaimer

The course is not medical treatment, psychological therapy, psychiatric care, crisis support, addiction treatment, financial counselling, legal advice, or emergency assistance.

If you have a medical condition, mental health condition, trauma history, addiction concern, severe anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, or any other serious health concern, you should seek advice from a qualified health professional before participating.

If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, contact emergency services immediately or seek urgent professional support.

12. Hypnosis, Coaching, and Mindset Content

Where the course includes hypnosis, guided relaxation, mindset training, NLP-style exercises, visualisation, emotional change work, or coaching-based content, you understand that these methods are personal development tools and are not a guaranteed cure or treatment for any condition.

Do not listen to hypnosis, meditation, or guided audio while driving, operating machinery, drinking alcohol, using drugs, or doing anything that requires full attention.

You are responsible for using all recordings and exercises safely.

13. Live Calls, Group Sessions, and Coaching

If the course includes live coaching calls, group sessions, webinars, Q&A calls, or workshops, dates and times may be changed where reasonably necessary.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of changes.

If recordings are provided, they may be made available for a limited time or for the duration stated on the course page.

You understand that group sessions may include other participants and that confidentiality should be respected by all participants.

14. Confidentiality in Group Environments

If you join any private group, coaching call, webinar, workshop, or community connected with From Rogue To Riches, you agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

You must not record, screenshot, copy, share, publish, or disclose another participant's personal information, story, image, comments, or experience without their clear permission.

We cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality, but we reserve the right to remove anyone who breaches this standard.

15. Community Rules

Where a private community, group, forum, chat, or comment area is provided, you agree to participate respectfully.

You must not post or share content that is:

  1. abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory;
  2. sexually explicit, violent, or inappropriate;
  3. spam, self-promotion, or unsolicited advertising;
  4. false, misleading, or deceptive;
  5. unlawful or encouraging unlawful behaviour;
  6. confidential information belonging to someone else; or
  7. harmful to the safety, trust, or purpose of the community.

We may remove posts, moderate discussions, suspend members, or terminate access if these rules are breached.

16. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, audio recordings, worksheets, PDFs, written materials, frameworks, exercises, templates, branding, logos, graphics, website copy, downloads, and training materials are owned by or licensed to Mark Anthony and From Rogue To Riches.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials for your own personal development.

  1. copy, reproduce, modify, share, upload, publish, sell, licence, distribute, or exploit the materials;

  3. use the materials to create a competing course, coaching program, book, seminar, training, or product;
  4. record live sessions without permission;
  5. scrape, download, or archive the course platform without permission; or
  6. claim any course content as your own.

A breach of this section may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

17. User Content

If you submit comments, testimonials, feedback, questions, worksheets, posts, messages, images, videos, or other content to us or within a course community, you retain ownership of your own content.

However, you grant us permission to use, store, reproduce, display, and respond to that content for the purpose of delivering the course, supporting you, improving the program, managing the community, and operating the business.

We will not publicly use your name, image, story, or testimonial for marketing without your permission, unless the content was clearly submitted for that purpose.

18. Testimonials and Marketing

If you provide a testimonial, review, success story, video, written comment, or feedback, you may give us permission to use it for marketing purposes.

We may edit testimonials for spelling, grammar, length, or clarity, but we will not intentionally change the meaning.

You may request that we stop using your testimonial by contacting us. We will take reasonable steps to remove it from future marketing, although we may not be able to remove materials already printed, published, distributed, or cached by third-party platforms.

19. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully.

You must not:

  1. attempt to hack, damage, disable, overload, or interfere with the website;

  4. use the website for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes;
  5. impersonate another person; or
  6. interfere with another user's access or experience.

We may restrict or block access to the website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

The course may use third-party platforms such as payment processors, email platforms, video hosting services, webinar software, membership platforms, social media groups, scheduling tools, or other service providers.

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, policies, security, or content of third-party platforms.

Technical issues may occur due to maintenance, hosting issues, internet problems, third-party platform outages, browser issues, device problems, payment processor delays, or events outside our control.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

24. Changes to the Course

We may update, improve, restructure, replace, remove, or add to course content at any time.

We may also change the delivery format, platform, schedule, bonuses, live components, or support structure where reasonably necessary.

If a major change materially affects what you purchased, we will act reasonably and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, or protection that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Termination does not remove your obligation to pay any outstanding amounts owed.

30. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, accidents, internet outages, platform failures, payment processor issues, cyber incidents, government restrictions, strikes, war, pandemics, or other unexpected events.
